A wonderful Mother's day. It started with the kids making brunch. Scrambled eggs, waffles (from scratch) sausage and fresh fruit. Yummy! Traditionally we buy and plant all of our annuals on Mother's day weekend so after brunch Kate, Patrick and I went out and bought all the flowers and soil. I spent the remainder of my day working in my gardens and planting my pots.

After Christy and Ian spent some time with Christy's mom they came back over for a fire and some s'mores. I really had a wonderful day!© Michelle Hines
