Thursday afternoon Patrick had to do a little work (this was a business trip for him) so I took a walk on the beach to take pictures and collect shells.
The beaches on Marco Island are covered in shells. it is actually hard to find a sandy spot and walking without shoes anywhere but at the water line can be uncomfortable.
I love the colors of the sail against the sky.
On the Gulf Coast the sunsets are something special.
