Lots of outside time today enjoying the bright blue sky and the big fluffy clouds. In this photo Lilly is doing two things I never let her do... Playing in the street with latex balloon. The little boy next door had these balloons and a pump. You fill the balloon with air then you release it. It zigs and zags all through the air whistling as it goes. I am not sure which Lilly liked more, releasing the balloon or chasing it after she let it go.© Michelle Hines
